The Inspiration
I’m not proud of the ways I’ve sometimes rushed through life. There is this constant pushing force that I think we all feel, but when we settle and just be in the moment, doesn’t a wave of peace hit your body? When we observe the blooming yellow sage that arrives in fall or the sparkle of light hitting the mountains, we can let our bodies find rest, joy and curiosity. This new painting “September to Remember” was painted after a very easeful and sweet beginning to fall.
